The St. Vincent’s Evaluation and Referral Service provides mental health and chemical dependency evaluation and referral services for children, adolescents and adults.

Our services include:

• Emergency services
• Prompt verbal or written reports
• Rapid referrals to St. Vincent’s and other providers when indicated
• Affiliated with most managed care networks
