Residential Services offers the following supportive housing programs, which provide permanent housing with support in a single site building for adults with serious mental illness and other special needs.
Sr. Louise DeMarillac Manor in Staten Island, NY
Sr. Louise Manor provides permanent housing (18 one-bedroom apartments) with support in a single site building for adults with serious mental illness. Tenants are provided with rental stipends and case management/supportive services on an as-needed basis.

Bishop Joseph M. Sullivan Residence in Brooklyn, NY
The Bishop Joseph M. Sullivan Residence in Brooklyn provides permanent housing with support in a single-site building with 24-hour staff support for adults with serious mental illness, co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorders and adults with HIV/AIDS. Tenants are provided with rental stipends and case management/supportive services on an as-needed basis. Tenants pay 30% of gross monthly income towards rent.

Immaculata Hall in Jamaica, Queens, provides permanent housing with support in a mixed-use single-site building with 24-hour staff support for adults with mental illness, co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorders and affordable housing units for single adults from the community. Tenants are provided with rental stipends and case management on an as-needed basis. The tenant pays 30% of gross monthly income towards rent.
