YONKERS, NY (December 2025) – More than 500 children enjoyed a very special holiday experience as they celebrated with Santa and his Elves at the Saint Joseph’s Medical Center’s 7th Annual Children’s Holiday Party at the Saint Joseph’s Medical Center Thomas and Agnes Carvel Foundation Family Health Center in Yonkers.
The event, which was held on December 12, is a way for the hospital to say Thank You to the families and children they serve. This year’s theme was Candyland. Children had the opportunity to sit with Santa and have their photos taken. There was also face painting. Each of the 550 children attending the event was presented with a gift. The gifts were donated by multiple community groups as well as hospital staff and board members.
