Our board-certified cardiologists will work together with you to evaluate your needs and create a personalized treatment plan that is coordinated with other health care providers. Appointments
To make an appointment with a cardiologist, please call (914) 308-7350. We ask that you arrive at the appointment 20 minutes early to allow time to register. Please bring to your first appointment your referring doctor’s name, a referral from your primary care physician, a list of medications you are taking currently, any recent x-rays or other imaging, results of recent lab work, a photo id and medical insurance card.
To make an appointment for a cardiac diagnostic test, please obtain a doctor’s order, including prior insurance authorization.
