The St. Vincent’s Behavioral Health Center in White Plains provides outpatient mental health services for children, adolescents, adults and their families in a newly renovated, family friendly office adjacent to White Plains Hospital. A multidisciplinary team of licensed professionals assists clients who are experiencing mental health challenges due to depression, anxiety, trauma, phobias and other disorders, including long-term medical illnesses, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
Our services include:
- Assessment and evaluation
- Medication management and adjustment
- Individual, group and family therapy
- Bilingual services
- Anxiety and phobia services
- Specialized services for children and adolescents
- Specialized services for people with co-occurring mental health and medical issues.
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Our highly-trained, compassionate staff offer a person-centered, evidence-based approach to treatment that focuses on helping clients to achieve individual recovery goals. When needed, clinicians will coordinate closely with primary care providers, schools and other treatment providers.
St. Vincent's mobile crisis prevention and response service, and other higher levels of behavioral health care are available as needed. Medicaid, Medicare and most insurances are accepted.
