Intensive Crisis Residence (The Paul Residence)
Short-term Residential Treatment for Adults in Psychiatric Crisis
Intensive Crisis Residence (ICR) is a voluntary short-term, residential treatment service designed to support adults who are currently experiencing a psychiatric crisis. We will evaluate, resolve, and/or stabilize the crisis symptoms.
Staffing includes 24/7 on-site nursing; 24/7 on-site and on-call Psychiatry; Licensed Mental Health Clinicians; Peer Specialists; and Case Managers.
Appropriate Situations for ICR Include:
- Imminent Risk: Individuals at risk of losing functional abilities that may raise safety concerns for themselves and others.
- Transitioning from Higher Care: Individuals
- recently discharged from higher levels of care who need additional assistance, including medication therapy, monitoring, and oversight for stabilizing their symptoms.
- Intensive Interventions: Individuals whose symptoms necessitate treatment by licensed behavioral health providers through intensive interventions including counseling and medication therapy.
