Saint Joseph's Patient Exchange
Saint Joseph’s Patient Exchange is a free, secure way to see some records of your hospital stays at Saint Joseph’s Medical Center since July 1, 2014. It is a convenient way to keep track of your medical history and share it with others, if you wish. Only patients age 18 and older may sign up for Saint Joseph’s Patient Exchange and give access to others, including their medical providers.

To sign up for the Saint Joseph's Patient Exchange, you will need a validation code that was given to you at your admission. For security reasons, the code expires after seven days. If you do not have your code, or if it has expired, please email patientexchange@saintjosephs.org for assistance.
